利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本アプリの運営者（以下「運営者」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Football Reminder」 （iOS 版および Android 版。以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリをインストールまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約において「ストア」とは、ユーザーが本アプリを入手した配信プラットフォーム（iOS 版は Apple の App Store、Android 版は Google Play）をいいます。
第1条（サービス内容）
本アプリは、サッカーの試合日程の閲覧、チーム・大会・個別試合の購読、およびキックオフ前のリマインダー通知の受信機能を提供します。 試合データは第三者のデータ提供 API から取得しています。
本規約は、本アプリが提供するサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリのソフトウェア自体の使用許諾については、 iOS 版は Apple の標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。 Android 版については、第 6 条に定める範囲で本規約が使用許諾の条件を兼ねるものとし、あわせて Google Play 利用規約が適用されます。
第2条（アカウント）
- 本アプリは匿名認証を採用しており、氏名・メールアドレス等の登録は不要です。アプリの初回起動時に匿名アカウントが自動的に作成されます。
- アカウントは端末に紐づきます。アプリを削除すると、購読チームやリマインダー等のアプリ内設定には再度アクセスできなくなります。
- Pro プランのサブスクリプションは購入したストアのアカウント（iOS 版は Apple アカウント、Android 版は Google アカウント）に紐づくため、再インストール後もアプリ内の「購入を復元」から復元できます（アプリ内設定は復元されません）。購入時と異なるストアのアカウントでは復元できません。
- ユーザーは、アプリ内の設定画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。なお、アカウントを削除しても Pro プランのサブスクリプションは解約されません。課金を停止するには、第 3 条に定める方法で別途解約してください。
第3条（有料プラン）
- 本アプリは、無料プランに加えて、有料サブスクリプション「Pro」（以下「Pro プラン」）を提供します。Pro プランでは、複数チームの購読、大会・個別試合の購読、通知時刻・曜日のカスタマイズ等の追加機能を利用できます。
- 価格（日本の場合）: 月額 300円（税込）/ 年額 3,000円（税込）。その他の国・地域では、ストアの表示価格（現地通貨）が適用されます。
- 月額プランには、ご利用のストアのアカウントで本アプリの有料プランを初めてご購入いただく場合に限り、14 日間の無料トライアルが付属します。年額プランに無料トライアルはありません。
- サブスクリプションは、ユーザーが解約しない限り自動的に更新され、更新のたびにストアのアカウントに課金されます。
- 購入・解約・管理はストアのシステムを通じて行われます。アプリの削除やアカウントの削除では解約されません。有料期間中に解約した場合、支払い済みの期間の終了までは Pro プランを利用できます（無料トライアル中に解約した場合、Google Play では直ちに Pro 機能を利用できなくなることがあります）。なお iOS 版のドイツ・イスラエル・南アフリカ・トルコでは、いつでも即時に解約して未経過分の日割り返金を受ける権利が Apple により提供されています。Android 版では、定期購入の一部返金は、イスラエル・フランス・ドイツ・ニューヨーク州以外のユーザーにはサポートされていません（Google Play の払い戻しポリシー）。
解約のタイミング・手順、販売者、返金の取り扱いはストアによって異なります。

第4条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングその他の解析行為
- 本アプリのサーバー・ネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為、不正アクセス行為
- 本アプリが提供するデータを、運営者の許可なく商用目的で複製・再配布する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
第5条（免責事項）
- 試合日程・結果等のデータは第三者のデータ提供元から取得しており、運営者はその正確性・完全性・最新性を保証しません。日程変更・中止等が反映されない場合があります。
- リマインダー通知は、端末の設定、OS の挙動、通信状況、外部サービスの障害等により、遅延しまたは配信されない場合があります。運営者は通知の確実な到達を保証しません。
- 運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、運営者が本アプリに関してユーザーに対し負う賠償責任は、ユーザーに現実に生じた通常かつ直接の損害の範囲に限られ、かつ、ユーザーが過去 12 か月間に本アプリに関して支払った金額（支払いがない場合は 5,000 円）を上限とします。
- iOS 版について、Apple の標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が定める責任制限と本条の定めが競合する場合には、ユーザーにとって有利な方が適用されます。
- 本アプリは予告なくサービス内容の変更、中断または終了を行うことがあります。
第6条（知的財産権とソフトウェアの使用許諾）
本アプリおよび関連するコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。 本規約は、ユーザーに対し、本アプリを通じて提供されるサービスおよびコンテンツを私的に利用するための譲渡不能かつ非独占的な権利のみを許諾するものです。
Android 版のアプリケーション ソフトウェアについて、運営者はユーザーに対し、 全世界における非独占的かつ永続的な、実行、アイコンの色の変更またはテーマの追加、表示（変更された色およびテーマを伴う表示を含む）、および使用のライセンスを許諾します。Pro プランのサブスクリプションはこのライセンスの対象外であり、ファミリー グループのメンバー間で共有することはできません。 iOS 版のソフトウェアの使用許諾は、第 1 条に記載のとおり Apple の標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約によります。
第7条（規約の変更）
運営者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できます。変更する場合、運営者は効力発生日を定め、効力発生日の相当な期間前までに、 本ページへの掲示のほか、重要な変更についてはアプリ内での通知等の合理的な方法で周知します。効力発生日以降に本アプリの利用を 継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第8条（準拠法）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。ただし、本条は、適用される消費者保護法令に基づき ユーザーに認められる権利を制限するものではありません。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “Football Reminder” (available for iOS and Android; the “App”), provided by the operator of the App (the “Operator”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
In these Terms, “Store” means the distribution platform from which you obtained the App: Apple's App Store for the iOS version, and Google Play for the Android version.
1. Service
The App provides football match schedules, the ability to follow teams, competitions, and individual matches, and reminder notifications before kickoff. Match data is obtained from third-party data provider APIs.
These Terms set out the conditions for using the services provided through the App. As for the license to the App software itself: for the iOS version, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. For the Android version, these Terms also serve as the license conditions to the extent set out in Section 6, together with the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Account
- The App uses anonymous authentication; no name or email address is required. An anonymous account is created automatically on first launch.
- Your account is tied to your device. Deleting the App will result in permanent loss of access to your in-app settings, such as followed teams and reminders.
- Your Pro subscription is tied to your Store account (your Apple Account on iOS, or your Google Account on Android) and can be restored after reinstalling via “Restore Purchases” in the App (in-app settings are not restored). It cannot be restored under a different Store account from the one used to purchase.
- You may delete your account at any time from the in-app settings screen. Deleting your account does not cancel your Pro subscription; to stop being charged, you must also cancel it as described in Section 3.
3. Paid Subscription
- In addition to the free plan, the App offers a paid subscription called “Pro” (the “Pro Plan”), which unlocks features such as following multiple teams, following competitions and individual matches, and customizing notification times and days.
- Prices (Japan): JPY 300/month or JPY 3,000/year, tax included. In other regions, the price shown in the Store in your local currency applies.
- The monthly plan includes a 14-day free trial, available only the first time you purchase a paid plan for this App with your Store account. The annual plan does not include a free trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel, and your Store account is charged on each renewal.
- Purchases, cancellations, and management are handled by the Store. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription. If you cancel during a paid period, you keep access to the Pro Plan until the end of the period you have already paid for (if you cancel during a free trial, Google Play may end your access to Pro features immediately). On iOS in Germany, Israel, South Africa and Türkiye, Apple gives you the right to cancel with immediate effect at any time and receive a prorated refund. On Android, partial refunds for subscriptions are not supported for users outside Israel, France, Germany and New York (Google Play refund policy).
When and how you can cancel, the seller, and refund handling differ by Store.

4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to analyze the App;
- place excessive load on, or gain unauthorized access to, the App's servers or networks;
- reproduce or redistribute data provided by the App for commercial purposes without the Operator's permission; or
- violate applicable laws or public order and morals.
5. Disclaimer
- Match schedules and related data are obtained from third-party providers. The Operator does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Schedule changes or cancellations may not be reflected.
- Reminder notifications may be delayed or fail to be delivered due to device settings, OS behavior, network conditions, or third-party service outages. The Operator does not guarantee delivery of notifications.
- Except in cases of the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator's liability to you in connection with the App is limited to ordinary and direct damages actually incurred by you, and is capped at the amount you paid in connection with the App in the preceding 12 months (or JPY 5,000 if you have made no payment).
- For the iOS version, where the limitation of liability in Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and this section conflict, whichever is more favorable to you applies.
- The App's features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property and Software License
All intellectual property rights in the App and related content belong to the Operator or their rightful owners. These Terms grant you only a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use, for personal purposes, the services and content provided through the App.
For the Android version, the Operator grants you a nonexclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to perform, modify the color of or add themes to the application software's icons, display it (including with the modified colors and themes), and use it. The Pro Plan subscription is outside the scope of this license and cannot be shared among members of a family group. The license to the iOS software is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, as stated in Section 1.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms when necessary. When doing so, the Operator will set an effective date and give reasonable advance notice by posting on this page and, for material changes, by reasonable means such as an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Japan. This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
