This notice is a disclosure required by Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, covering the sale of the paid plan (Pro) of the mobile application “Football Reminder.” It is provided in English for reference; the Japanese version above is authoritative.

| When payment is due | You are charged at the time of purchase, and thereafter automatically on each renewal date unless you cancel. Where the 14-day free trial applies to the monthly plan (only when you purchase a paid plan for the first time with your store account), no charge is made during the trial; the first charge occurs when the trial ends. |

| Term and auto-renewal | The term is one month for the monthly plan and one year for the annual plan. It renews automatically, and you are charged on each renewal, unless you cancel. |
| How to cancel | You can cancel at any time from your store's subscription settings (iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; Android: Subscriptions in Google Play). Deleting the App or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. However, you must cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. See Section 3 of the Terms of Service for the deadline that applies to each store. |
| Returns and refunds | Because the service consists of providing digital content, we cannot accept returns at your own convenience. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period. Refunds follow the refund policy of the store where you purchased. On iOS, request a refund from Apple via its Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com); the Operator cannot issue refunds directly. On Android, more than 48 hours after purchase, the Operator may be able to issue a refund through Google Play. See Section 3 of the Terms of Service for details. |
